MBYC takes pride in building upon its sailing and competitive racing heritage while broadening its appeal to a wider spectrum of members by enthusiastically promoting our power squadron, swimming and other aquatic programs. MBYC has been the host to many national sailing regattas including the Etchells North American Championship and the Thistle Nationals and has hosted the S2 7.9 Championships many times throughout the class history. Our nationally recognized Race Committee proved support for one-design and PHRF racing on Lake Michigan. |
